Refunds are only provided for services that have not been completed or delivered. Once an animation or digital product has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
If you cancel a project before it has been started, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase or service agreement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Custom animation services that have been completed and delivered.
Any digital product downloads once accessed.
